Join us at the Rustic Inn & Event Center, March 8th-9th 2025, for Novel & Nostalgia: Creative Workshops Weekend. A special event designed to celebrate and promote wellness and the arts through hands-on workshops. We are seeking artisans and wellness workers who are excited to share their skills and knowledge with a passionate audience.

We understand that not everything on the list is able to be included.
These are opportunities we want to look into.
And if you have a unique craft you do and can teach that is not on this list.

Yes, you will need to bring your own materials and any specially equipment or tools.
Classes are 90 minutes.
Saturday - Four workshops in the morning and four workshops in the evening.
Sunday - Four classes in the morning and two in the afternoon.
You can choose to instruct one class for the weekend.
Note that Sunday is shorter.

Block one: 9:30 am - 11:00 am
Block two: 11:30 am-1:00 pm

Block four: 2:30 pm - 4:00 pm
Block five: 4:30 pm - 6:00 pm

The workshop submission form includes an option to select your preferred time slots, and you may choose multiple options. Final time slots will be evaluated and assigned in February.
If you would like to teach a cooking or baking workshop please choose either Block 2 or Block 4.
We will provide periodic updates and increase communication as the event date approaches. A final tally will be shared one week before the event.
Yes! We’ll be assembling swag bags ahead of the event and will need your items beforehand. We request that the products are small or as flat as possible to minimize weight and bulk.
Yes! And you will receive a 20% discount on the purchase of a ticket.
Overcommunication is always welcome! Please keep us updated as soon as possible so we can make arrangements to find another instructor and notify any participants who have signed up for your workshop.
We are looking for sponsors and donator to this event that can help with costs!

-You will receive an email confirmation once your registration has been received.
-We will review your application and confirm approval as soon as possible.
Applications will close on January 15, 2025, with final confirmations sent via phone and email by February 1, 2025.
Note: If particularly compelling activities are submitted after February 1, they may still be considered, depending on space availability.
-Attendees can begin purchasing tickets starting Black Friday, 2024.
-If a class does not meet the minimum enrollment requirement (e.g., 1-3 students), we may consider canceling it to ensure a meaningful and productive experience for you.
